LearningChallenge: Be Happy!
I examined the graphic and watched the video and understood it was telling us things to do in order to live a happy and fulfilled life. While all of this is great and repeated all the time by many people, together is hard to do. Not trying to be a debby downer but we only really have time for a couple of those every day. I thought it was interesting that the video said stop or slow down on tv and listen to more music. Personally I much rather prefer tv over music as I find it provides more to my creativity than music. I get ideas, I find joy and I am able to spend time with family and friends laughing with to it. TV does not always lead to an unproductive un happy life and music does not alway do the opposite.

ReplyDeleteI agree that a lot of self-help advice seems to be super unrealistic and only geared towards people with all of the time in the world. For instance, I work 40 hours a week and am a full-time college student. It’s pretty impossible to work out for an hour, work for 8 hours, sleep for 8 hours, and do homework for 4 hours every day. I am glad I’m not the only one struggling.
